Biography
Bo Hui is an Assistant Professor in the School of Applied and Creative Computing at Purdue University. He earned his Ph.D. and M.S. in Security Informatics from Johns Hopkins University and his B.E. in Software Engineering from Shandong University.
His research focuses on the security and privacy of artificial intelligence systems, with particular interests in agentic AI security and privacy-preserving post-training of large language models. His work investigates emerging security and privacy risks in modern AI systems and develops techniques for building AI systems that are more secure and privacy-preserving.
