Biography
Dr. Chen am an Assistant Professor at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Purdue University. His research interest is at the juxtaposition of approximate algorithm design and optimizing real-world high-speed networks. He designs and builds efficient data-plane algorithms for network measurement and closed-loop control to improve network performance and security.
