Collusion Destabilization in Noisy Whistleblowing MPC

Abstract
In multiparty computation (MPC), privacy relies on non-colluding parties, yet rational actors may form coalitions to infer private inputs from noisy outputs. We show with a whistleblowing-augmented Noisy MPC protocol that such coalitions can be destabilized using a smart contract with parameterized rewards and penalties, and under specific function classes, that we can even use less noise for similar individual privacy guarantees.
