Abstract
Public network camera data is distributed on the Internet for monitoring security, traffic, and weather all around the world. This visual data can be used for applications beyond its indented purpose but there is no easy way to access the relevant data spread across thousands of websites in many different formats. The CAM2 system automatically indexes this network camera data from heterogeneous web page structure and provides a public API to easily access the network camera data.
