Student Employment/Internships

Questions:
Q: As a student, how do I get involved with CERIAS?
A: CERIAS has developed a people matching database for our faculty, corporate partners, and students. The database matches the interests and capabilities in student profiles with those needed by a faculty member or corporate partner for projects, internships and full-time positions.

To get started, please go to the INFORMS site and login with your Purdue Career Account. First-time users will have their account access authority request automatically submitted to the system administrator for approval. Within two days, you should receive an email guiding you to create an interest and capability profile in the INFORMS database.

Once your profile is active within INFORMS, you may create any number of postings that specifically advertise your desire for work in a particular kind of project, or your desire for employment in an internship or other position. When your postings match any of the current needs and opportunites available with the faculty and corporate partners, they will automatically be notified of the match and will be provided with a link to your profile.
