Investment strategy for information security is a complex balancing act of value, cost, risk, business/IT alignment, and performance. Furthermore, wise investments can fail to deliver on intended returns due to less than optimal implementation and management of information security investments. This project has created a framework for guiding both information security investment as well as the proper implementation and managment of those investments.
