Shared Assessments
Keith Watson provided a brief introduction to Shared Assessments, a program for evaluating vendors on security controls.

Workshop Discussion: Active Defense
The August 11 meeting will be another workshop. We will ask members to create virtual machines that contain active defenses. We will be discussing the techniques and tools used as well as probing and scanning the systems. More details will be sent later.
Action Items
Prepare for the August meeting by creating a virtual machine with active defenses.
Keith will send a email note about the rules for the active defense workshop.
