CERIAS is pleased to announce that Joel Rasmus has joined our team as manager of corporate relations. Rasmus moves to CERIAS from the Purdue University Intercollegiate Athletics department and brings with him more than 15 years of experience in creative marketing, customer service and sponsorship support.  Career highlights include successful stints as the senior account executive at The Design Agency (Chicago) and director of marketing for Professional Impressions Media-Group (Champaign, Ill.). His professional career began at Ambassador Consulting, a business consulting firm in Boston.

Rasmus will also serve as a member of Purdue’s College of Science corporate relations team. “Joel has valuable experience working with business customers that will help the College of Science in its initiatives to engage industry with the College and University,” said Lisa Robertson, director of corporate and strategic relations for the College of Science.
