The eight annual Ethics & Technology Conference is being held June 24-25, 2005 at Saint Louis University.  The conference theme is “Ethics at Work: Technology Reshaping the Workplace.”  The term “technology” is broadly applied in this call. Thus, a wide range of papers, cases and special session proposals are welcomed from all disciplines.  A special conference track will be devoted to presenting technology-related cases suitable for teaching applied ethics.

Papers: may vary in length but should generally be about 3,000 to 6,000 words. You may submit a 500-1000 word abstract in lieu of the full paper.

Initial proposals are due by January 31, 2005. The contact author of an accepted proposal will be notified on or before February 28, 2005. Final papers will be due on or before April 30, 2005.  Submit your proposals to John P. Buerck at buerckjp@slu.edu.
