Accomplishments Since Last Status Report

  • Developed a model (call it modified ALE) for cost-benefit analysis, which addresses precisely the two audiences that we intend to address.
  • Designed a new visually appealing lifecycle model draft which will be used in conjunction with a more academic lifecycle process flow diagram.
  • Adjusted lifecycle phases.
  • Research-in-progress paper was drafted and distributed to the entire team for review.
  • Finalized industry segmentation.

Plans for Next Week

  • A PFIRES Project QA Meeting is being held this week. Results will be discussed next status meeting.
  • Draft industry segment documents and complete by Thursday, July 29. This document should address the security issues facing a specific industry segment including unique approaches to eCommerce and specific regulations that apply to this industry.
  • Create academic lifecycle process flow reflecting this week's changes to the model.
  • Create detailed drafts of documents of each step in the lifecycle to be completed by end of day Monday, August 2.
  • Continue work on the modified ALE model.
